    Interface ZeroLengthSectionTable

    A ZeroLength driven by a coupled FiberSection (axial + moment response, [ux, rz] in 2D; axial + biaxial moment, [ux, ry, rz] in 3D) instead of ZeroLength's independent per-DOF materials — see core::ZeroLengthSection's doc comment.

    materials: [number, number, number][]

    Sparse (zero_length_section row index, dof, material arena index) — an independent spring for a DOF the section has no resultant for: uy in 2D; uy/uz (shear) or rx (torsion) in 3D.
